SBS Tech's Desktop Support group is committed to providing the best quality service for university-owned equipment including, but not limited to computer configuration, hardware and software installation, virus detection and cleaning, imaging, troubleshooting, and technology purchase recommendations.
SBSTech computer support team provides IT support for desktop, laptops, and all devices provided by the college to the staff and faculty. The Computer Support team maintains the labs that belong to the College of Social & Behavioral sciences departments.
We provide loaner laptops and tablets for use by faculty and staff on as needed basis. The number of devices are limited and is provided on a first come first serve basis. To submit your request, please go to ticketdog.arizona.edu.
